  Who you are: 

  Create, maintain, and modernize your factory's quality management system (QMS) in full compliance with ISO or IATF standards. Lead the presentation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Manufacturing Part Approval Process (PPAP) during the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle. Oversee Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) workshops to identify potential risks and mitigation controls. Direct internal and external quality audit programs, acting as the primary management representative for customer quality audits and certification body reviews. Manage customer quality interfaces, review customer technical specifications, resolve formal quality complaints, and directly conduct 8D Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations. Oversees the metrology laboratory, coordinates calibration schedules for all gauges and CMM machines, and provides measurement system analysis (MSA/gauge R&R). Implement a statistical process control (SPC) framework to monitor manufacturing dimensions critical to quality (CTQ) and reduce process variation. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Six Sigma projects, 5S workplace organization, and Zero Defect Quality campaigns across shop floor operations.
