• Creo Design Engineer for Manufacturing Systems

  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Expert-level proficiency in PTC Creo Parametric (Part, Assembly, Drawing, Sheetmetal, Flexible Modelling, Advanced Surfacing) and PTC Windchill PDM/PLM integration.

  GD&T & Tolerance Stack-Up Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of geometric controls, datum reference frames, ASME Y14.5 GD&T principles, and software-driven or manual 1D/2D tolerance stack-up analysis.

  Manufacturing Processes & Materials Knowledge: A hands-on grasp of CNC machining procedures, casting, forging, plastic injection moulding, sheet metal forming, and engineering material attributes.

  Reverse Engineering and Precision Measurement: The ability to reconstruct parametric 3D Creo models from physical components using precision measurement tools (CMM data, 3D scan meshes, micrometres, callipers).

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
