  Responsibilities:

  Execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: To avoid unforeseen stoppages, schedule Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs for all production equipment, CNC machines, conveyors, utility systems, and automated lines.

  Emergency Breakdown Repair & Root-Cause Analysis: Perform 5-Why and Fishbone root-cause studies to stop recurring breakdowns; oversee real-time troubleshooting and quick repair during critical equipment failures.

  Total Productive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance: Create standardised maintenance checklists, educate machine operators in autonomous maintenance procedures, and spearhead TPM programs throughout industrial facilities.

  Oversight of Utility and Facilities Infrastructure: To guarantee a steady supply of electricity and utilities, oversee plant utilities such as air compressors, industrial chillers, boilers, diesel generators, electrical panels, transformers, and water treatment systems.

  Spare Parts Inventory & Maintenance Budgeting: monitor spare inventory registers, process purchase requisitions, identify essential machine spares, calculate reorder levels, and monitor maintenance operational expenses.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Strong hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC ladder logic diagnostics, VFDs, sensors, and electrical distribution systems is required for electromechanical machinery and automation diagnostics.

  Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) & Reliability Methodologies: Demonstrated expertise in eliminating recurrent machinery failures through the use of 5-Why, Fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and TPM principles.

  Comprehensive knowledge of industrial utility systems, such as air compressors, HVAC, boilers, chillers, transformers, and DG sets, is required for utility infrastructure and facility maintenance.

  Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures, machine guarding laws, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) rules must all be strictly followed.
