  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Manufacturing Engineering & Line Balancing: In-depth technical knowledge of capacity utilisation, cycle time analysis, line balancing, and manufacturing processes.

  Lean Manufacturing & Problem Solving: Useful understanding of root-cause problem-solving techniques (A3, 5-Why, Fishbone diagrams) and Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Kanban).

  Shop-Floor Leadership & Manpower Handling: The capacity to guide, inspire, and lead teams of technicians and operators working multiple shifts while upholding stringent safety, morale, and discipline regulations.

  EHS & Industrial Safety Compliance: Strong understanding of machine safety procedures, ergonomic standards, personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, and industrial safety laws.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
