  JD:
  
  Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding tools and moulds.
  Dismantle, inspect, clean, repair, and reassemble moulds.
  Check and maintain core, cavity, inserts, ejector pins, guide pillars, bushes, slides, lifters, and other mould components.
  Identify and rectify mould-related production problems such as flash, short shot, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, and parting-line defects.
  Check cooling channels, water leakage, heaters, hot runner systems, and temperature control components.
  Carry out basic fitting, grinding, polishing, drilling, tapping, and machining work as required.
  Coordinate with the Production and Quality Departments to resolve mould-related issues.
  Attend mould breakdowns and minimize machine downtime and production losses.
  Maintain mould history, maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  Monitor mould condition and recommend repair, modification, replacement, or improvement when required.
  Maintain adequate spare parts and mould components in the tool room.
  Coordinate with external tool/mould vendors for major repairs, modifications, and technical support.
  Conduct mould trials after maintenance and verify that the mould is producing components according to specifications.
  Ensure proper mould storage, identification, preservation, and housekeeping.
  Follow company safety procedures, 5S, quality standards, and maintenance practices.
  Required Experience
  
  2–5 years of experience in injection molding tool/mould maintenance.
  Experience in plastic products, toys, automotive components, or similar manufacturing industries preferred.
  Knowledge of mould maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  Ability to read mould drawings and basic technical drawings.
  Good coordination skills with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.
  Pay: ?20k  - ?35k  per month
