• Automotive Vehicle Products Creo Design Engineer

  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Advanced proficiency in PTC Creo Parametric (Parts, Assemblies, Sheet Metal, Advanced Surfacing, Mechanism Design, Creo Simulate, and Windchill PLM/PDM).

  GD&T and Manufacturing Drafting Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing drawing standards, tolerance stack-up analysis, fits, and ASME Y14.5/ISO GD&T concepts.

  DFM/DFA & Manufacturing Process Knowledge: A practical grasp of CNC machining, metal casting, forging, plastic injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly line methods.

  Design Validation & FEA Simulation: Capacity to use Creo Simulate tools for structural static stress analysis, modal analysis, displacement checks, and safety factor evaluations.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
