  Who you are: 

  Handle employee payroll on a monthly basis, properly and promptly computing gross/net pay, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions. Compile, confirm, and reconcile monthly data from time-tracking and HRIS systems regarding attendance, leave, shift allowances, and loss-of-pay. Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS/Income Tax) are examples of statutory deductions that must be calculated and remitted on time. Create Form 16/tax certificates for employees and prepare and submit statutory returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Respond promptly and discreetly to questions about employee payroll, salaries, tax declarations, and inconsistencies. Create financial ledger inputs, variance summaries, and payroll reconciliation reports for the Finance and Accounting division. Oversee the full-and-final (F&F) settlement computations for departing workers, making sure that recovery, gratuity, and encashment are processed accurately.
