  Position: Paint Shop Trainee / Fresher

  Job Summary:
  We are looking for motivated freshers to join our Aerospace Paint Shop team. The candidate will primarily be responsible for masking and demasking activities of aerospace precision components, along with supporting surface preparation, painting, and quality requirements while adhering to aerospace standards and safety procedures.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform masking and demasking of aerospace components as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Apply tapes, plugs, caps, and protective materials to designated areas before painting and coating operations.
  • Remove masking materials after painting without damaging coated surfaces.
  • Assist in cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and surface preparation activities.
  • Support painting, coating, and finishing operations.
  • Conduct visual inspection of masked and painted components to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Maintain traceability and documentation as per aerospace standards.
  • Ensure proper handling of paints, solvents, masking materials, and tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the paint shop.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

  Requirements:
  • ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate.
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.

  Preferred Skills:

  Knowledge of masking and demasking techniques
  Basic understanding of industrial painting processes
  Attention to detail and quality awareness
   Teamwork and communication skills
   Aerospace manufacturing exposure (preferred but not mandatory)

  Experience: Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass Outs Preferred)
