  Job Description:

  The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and directing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules, safety protocols, quality standards, and cost efficiency targets are met. Working closely with plant leadership, engineering, supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams, this role manages shop-floor personnel, allocates resources, drives Continuous Improvement initiatives, and maximizes Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across all production lines.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Strong leadership, team management, and shift-coordination capabilities within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and shop-floor cost controls.

  Practical experience in production planning, inventory management, and operating ERP/MRP systems.

  Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone analysis) to tackle operational bottlenecks.

  Thorough understanding of industrial safety codes (OSHA/EHS regulations) and Quality Management Systems
