  Your Duties:

  End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire hiring process, which includes modifying job advertisements, finding applicants on professional websites like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn, reviewing resumes, and setting up interview schedules with department heads.

  Smooth Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the entire lifecycle documentation flow, from processing clear exit interviews and facilitating first-day orientations to issuing official offer letters and confirming background credentials.

  Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage dispute resolution procedures, interpret policy guidelines, plan corporate engagement activities, and act as a reliable, approachable point of contact for employee questions.

  HRIS & Employee Database Governance: Ensure complete security of sensitive employee profiles by keeping correct, current physical and digital personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

  Statutory Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Manage records for the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and workplace safety regulations, and help local factory and business operations comply with labor laws.

  Performance Management Support: Compile assessment forms, gather manager input, monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) completion data, and assist in carrying out the yearly and mid-year performance appraisal loops.
