  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  CNC Machine Operating & Machining Literacy: Strong working knowledge of control panels, G-code/M-code command structures, VMC or HMC equipment, and CNC lathes.

  Precision Metrology and Instrument Handling: Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as thread gauges, height gauges, dial test indicators (DTI), outside/inside micrometres, and vernier callipers.

  Blueprint Reading and GD&T Knowledge: The capacity to decipher GD&T symbols (flatness, runout, concentricity, and perpendicularity), comprehend projection views, and read intricate mechanical engineering drawings.

  Machining & Tooling Fundamentals: A practical grasp of workpiece clamping methods, coolant application, insert grades, cutting speeds, feed rates, and chip evacuation.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
