• Python Developer Software Design & Architecture

  Job Description

  Duties:

  Backend Architecture & Microservices Engineering: Use contemporary Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and asynchronous paradigms to design, create, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.

  API Design & Integration: Manage authentication/authorization processes (OAuth2, JWT), create clear OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, integrate third-party web services, and develop and secure high-throughput RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

  Asynchronous Processing & Task Queues: To handle complex asynchronous activities, set up distributed message queues and background task processing workflows using Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Apache Kafka.

  Automated Testing, CI/CD, and Code Quality: Use pytest or unittest to write thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; keep test coverage high; and use Docker and GitHub Actions/GitLab CI to take part in CI/CD pipeline deployments.

   

  Focus Skills:

  Proficiency with Python 3.x (object-oriented programming, design patterns, type hinting, decorators, generators, asyncio) and fundamental web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) at the expert level.

  API Architecture & Database Integration: In-depth understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis), GraphQL, JWT authentication, RESTful API design, and ORM engines (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).

  Asynchronous Processing & Cloud Infrastructure: familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed task queues (Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ).

  Software Testing & Code Quality: Excellent skill with Git version control workflows, pytest, mock frameworks, and linting/formatting tools (flake8, black, and mypy).
