  Job Description:

  In the manufacturing industry, the service engineer is in charge of providing technical assistance, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for industrial machinery and equipment at client locations. In order to guarantee maximum equipment reliability, high customer satisfaction, and prompt resolution of operational issues, this role serves as the main field representative for machinery vendors or equipment manufacturers, bridging the gap between client operations, internal engineering, sales, and quality teams.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Strong technical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in industrial automation, PLCs (Siemens, Fanuc, Allen-Bradley), AC/DC drives, servo systems, mechanical drives, and fluid power (hydraulics/pneumatics).

  Ability to read and accurately interpret complex mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and fluid power flow charts.

  Exceptional customer relationship management, conflict-resolution, and technical communication skills to represent the company professionally in field environments.

  Proficiency in Field Service Management tools, ERP modules, MS Office, and diagnostic software utilities.

  High adaptability and willingness to travel frequently to customer plants and operational sites
