  Your Duties:

  Shift Supervision & Work Order Management: Oversee and assign daily work orders to shift electricians, millwrights, and maintenance personnel to guarantee prompt breakdown response and high-quality repair execution.

  Preventive and Total Productive Maintenance: Oversee the daily and weekly preventive maintenance plans and assist production teams with autonomous maintenance tasks.

  Breakdown Escalation & Root Cause Analysis: Oversee front-line troubleshooting during significant machine failures, carry out preliminary 5-Why root cause analyses, and arrange for specialised assistance as needed.

  Shop-Floor Safety & LOTO Compliance: Make sure that all maintenance jobs adhere to workplace safety laws, lockout/tagout protocols, hot work permits, and personal protective equipment compliance.

  Inventory of Spare Parts and Work Order Sign-Off: Request necessary spare parts, oversee the inventory of shift tool cribs, examine finished maintenance tasks, and approve closed work orders in the maintenance management system.
