  Your Duties:

  Statistical Process Control Management: To identify and address manufacturing drift before mistakes appear, deploy and monitor live SPC software nodes and control charts. Measure process capability indices.

  Non-Conformance Root Cause Investigation: Use structured engineering techniques to find the causes of production and customer quality issues and implement corrective measures.

  Driving Advanced Product Quality Planning gates, creating Process Flow Diagrams, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis frameworks, and final Process Control Plans are all part of New Product Quality Planning.

  Standards for Regulation and Quality Compliance: Serve as a technical host for external regulatory audits and enforce complete site-level adherence to main quality guidelines.

  Production Deviation Control: Oversee the confinement, material review board isolation, logging, and final reworking or scrapping procedures for all manufacturing batches that are faulty or marginally non-conforming.
