  Responsibilities:

  Complete Quality Management System Execution: Oversee and manage the shop-floor QMS, making sure that all inspection procedures adhere to global quality standards and client-specific specifications.

  Statistical Process Control Monitoring: Establish and monitor online SPC parameters, analyze control charts to identify process drift early, and compute active process capacity indices

  Advanced Product Quality Planning & PPAP Governance: Take the lead in creating essential quality launch documents, such as comprehensive Control Plans, Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Production Part Approval Process binders.

  RCA & CorrectiveActions: Use structured 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone techniques to conduct formal investigations into internal rejections and customer complaints in order to adopt long-term, reliable remedial and preventive measures.

  Metrology & Gauge Calibration Stewardship: Oversee the plant's metrology lab, overseeing routine calibration schedules and measurement systems analysis to confirm the correctness of inspection equipment.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Metrology, Gauges, and Dimension Layout Mastery: Expert fluency reading engineering drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts and full operational command over precise measuring equipment.

  Statistical Quality & Core Tools Instincts: Expertise in using quality core tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC engineering principles.

  Root Cause Isolation & Problem-Solving Mechanics: Proficiency in formal problem-solving techniques to identify the source of mechanical, material, or process defects.

  Comprehensive knowledge of ISO/IATF regulations, process auditing techniques, and product tracing frameworks are all part of the auditing and compliance discipline.
