  Your Duties:

  Inspection, upkeep, testing, and troubleshooting of HT/LT substations, power transformers, air circuit breakers (ACBs), vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), MCC/PCC panels, and automated transfer switches are all part of industrial power distribution and switchgear maintenance.

  Electrical Automation & Drive Diagnostics: To ensure accurate speed and torque control throughout manufacturing equipment, identify and fix issues with VFDs, soft starters, AC/DC motors, servo drives, sensors, control transformers, and PLC I/O modules.

  Preventive and Predictive Electrical Maintenance: Perform thermography inspections, earth pit resistance tests, insulation resistance checks, relay calibration, and contactor overhauls as part of daily, weekly, and shutdown electrical PM schedules.

  Emergency Power Outage Recovery & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): During electrical trips, phase failures, or blackouts, take charge of a prompt, organised reaction while conducting in-depth RCA to get rid of persistent electrical problems.
