  Your Duties:

  Achieving Shift Production Targets: Oversee, manage, and motivate several manufacturing lines or shop floor cells to meet cycle timeframes, quality standards, and hourly and end-of-shift output figures.

  Manage shift labour placement, modify workstation locations in response to unexpected operator absences, balance skill matrices, and enforce standard work instructions using dynamic manpower scheduling and allocation.

  Real-Time Downtime & Breakdown Coordination: Serve as the initial point of contact for line problems, sending out plant maintenance engineers right away when a machine stops working and organising speedy repairs to optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

  Quality Boundary Containment: Keep an eye on hourly inline quality checks, work with Quality Engineers to fix aesthetic or dimensional flaws, stop lines when thresholds are exceeded, and separate non-conforming lots.
