  Who you are: 

  Measure process capability indices to identify and address production drift before errors appear by deploying and monitoring live SPC software nodes and control charts. Use structured engineering techniques to discover the causes of production and customer quality issues and implement corrective measures. Driving Advanced Product Quality Planning gates, creating Process Flow Diagrams, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis frameworks, and final Process Control Plans are all examples of new product quality planning. Serve as a technological host for external regulatory audits and enforce complete site-level compliance with main quality frameworks. Oversee the confinement, material review board isolation, logging, and final reworking or scrapping processes for all manufacturing batches that are faulty or marginally non-conforming.
