  Job Profile: Manufacturing Engineer 
  
  Role Definition
  
  Provides technical expertise necessary to design all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to
  
  safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
  
  Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing engineering for Axle assembly line, Tooling and Layout for facility
  • Capacity & NCI planning for Axle assembly line.
  • Design, update, and modify tool drawings for entire facility
  • Create, update, and govern layout drawing for entire facility.
  • Troubleshoot and take ICA / PCA actions for all Process & BIQ issues in Axle assembly lines.
  • Create, update and release BOM for all assembly lines.
  • Coordinate ECN changes for assembly lines working closely with production, quality , supply chain , logistics and engineering.
  • Proactively take up projects that improve utilization of assets and improve line efficiency and daily output.
  
  Desired Qualifications:
  • University or technical school degree in a Manufacturing Engineering-related degree;
  • Thorough knowledge of manufacturing and industrial engineering concepts; and
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of Transmission / Gearbox Assembly , Testing and its operation.
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of employees , department, vendors and customers.

  processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention. Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.
