  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Manufacturing Quality Assurance & QMS Mastery: Real-world experience with ISO and IATF implementation, internal auditing procedures, enforcement of quality policies, and regulatory compliance.

  Core Quality Tools: Practical experience in producing and assessing FMEA documents, APQP deliverables, Measurement System Analysis (Gauge R&R), and statistical process control charts.

  Structured Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Expertise in non-conformance logging (NCR), 8D investigations, 5-Why root cause analysis, Cause & Effect (Fishbone) analysis, and post-CAPA effectiveness audits.

  Metrology and the Blueprint Strong comprehension of technical drawings, GD&T, metrology concepts, inspection techniques, and calibration standards is demonstrated by this reading knowledge.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
