  Job Description

  The HR Recruiter is responsible for executing the full lifecycle recruitment process to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates for open roles across the organization. This role acts as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers, leveraging job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and campus placements to build a talent pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding

   

  Key Duties

  Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the number of employees needed, create precise job descriptions, and set up efficient standards for evaluating candidates.

  Use employment sites (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee recommendations, and direct sourcing to find both passive and active candidates.

  Examine incoming applications, hold preliminary phone or video interviews, and evaluate applicants according to their technical proficiency, background, and cultural fit.

  To provide a smooth candidate experience, plan and organise interview rounds between candidates and departmental interview panels.

  Oversee post-selection procedures such as formal offer letter rollouts, document verification, pay negotiations, and pre-employment background checks.

  Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date with hiring logs, requisition metrics, and candidate pipeline tracking data.

  Encourage employer branding campaigns, job fairs, college recruitment efforts, and new hire onboarding procedures.
