  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Tooling Engineering & Mold/Die Technology Mastery: In-depth technical understanding of heat treatment procedures, jigs/fixtures, press tool/die design, injection mould fabrication, and tool steels.

  Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and precision machining: practical knowledge of CNC/VMC programming, EDM/Wire-EDM operation, precision surface grinding, and CAD/CAM platforms.

  Metrology & Precision Measurement Capabilities: Expertise in using precision equipment for high-accuracy component inspection, including micrometres, vernier callipers, dial indicators, height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and profile projectors.

  Root Cause Analysis & Tooling Troubleshooting: Excellent problem-solving abilities using Fishbone analysis, 8D, and 5-Why to determine the underlying causes of part quality flaws, premature wear, and tool damage throughout production runs.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
