  Responsibilities:

  Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, draft accurate job descriptions, and establish effective candidate evaluation criteria.

  Source passive and active candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.

  Screen incoming applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidates based on technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.

  Coordinate and schedule interview rounds between candidates and departmental interview panels, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  Manage post-selection activities, including pre-employment background checks, document verification, salary negotiations, and formal offer letter rollouts.

  Maintain and update candidate pipeline tracking data, requisition metrics, and hiring logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  Support campus recruitment drives, job fairs, employer branding initiatives, and facilitate new-hire onboarding processes

   

  Required Skills: 

  Hands-on experience with end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview techniques.

  Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).

  Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  Ability to multitask, manage multiple open requisitions concurrently, and thrive in target-driven environments.

  Excellent candidate assessment abilities, relationship-building skills, and high ethical standards regarding data privacy.
