  Job Description

  Who you are: 

  Create and implement the Master Production Schedule in accordance with sales projections; maximise labour deployment, machine utilisation, and raw material availability to fulfil dispatch deadlines. Promote Total Productive and quick changeover techniques to reduce downtime; drive continuous improvement initiatives across all assembly, machining, and fabrication lines to maximise overall plant OEE. Manage labour costs, plant running costs, material yield variations, and scrap expenditures; find ways to reduce unit production costs without compromising quality or safety. To achieve a high first-pass yield, lead root-cause analysis for significant quality deviations and enforce strict adherence to Quality Management Systems, standard operating procedures, and regulatory standards.
