  Location: In And Around Chennai

   

  Your Duties:

  Shift Operations & Manpower Allocation: Create and carry out daily production schedules for shifts, assign technicians and operators to designated workstations, oversee shift attendance and dynamically reallocate labour to alleviate line bottlenecks.

  Shop-Floor Supervision & Output Execution: Make that operators carefully follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures by continuously monitoring production line flow, cycle times, and hourly output against targets.

  Immediate Bottleneck & Stoppage Resolution: To reduce line downtime, promptly notify maintenance and quality teams of any real-time line stoppages, material shortages, or mechanical malfunctions.

  Industrial Safety & 5S Workplace Discipline: Strictly enforce compliance with emergency protocols, machine safety regulations, PPE requirements, and 5S workplace hygiene standards throughout the factory floor.
