• Quality Engineer Plant Quality Specialist

  Job Description:

  Our manufacturing division's "Regulatory Compliance Engine" and "Product Integrity Anchor" is the Quality Engineer. Your main responsibility is to create, manage, and implement strict quality frameworks converting engineering specifications, material standards, and client dimensional blueprints into a reliable, error-free manufacturing ecosystem while production teams push line velocity and output volume. As the "Guardian of Total Product Conformity and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Minimization," you assume direct execution responsibility for running Statistical Process Control (SPC), managing inspection gates, evaluating component rejections, and promoting root-cause corrections throughout the whole production lifecycle.

   

  Key Duties

  Complete Quality Management System Execution: Oversee and manage the shop-floor QMS, making sure that all inspection procedures adhere to both customer-specific specifications and global quality standards.

  Statistical Process Control Monitoring: Determine active process capability indices, analyze control charts to identify process drift early, and implement and monitor online SPC parameters.

  Advanced Product Quality Planning & PPAP Governance: Oversee the creation of crucial quality launch paperwork, such as comprehensive Control Plans, Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Production Part Approval Process binders.

  RCA & CorrectiveActions: Use structured 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone techniques to conduct formal investigations into internal rejections and customer complaints in order to adopt long-term, reliable corrective and preventative actions.

  Metrology & Gauge Calibration Stewardship: Oversee the plant's metrology lab, overseeing routine calibration schedules and measurement systems analysis to confirm the correctness of inspection tools.
