  Who you are: 

  Find, evaluate, and interview applicants for available openings; arrange interviews with hiring managers; oversee job site advertisements; and facilitate efficient candidate selection processes. Enable smooth onboarding procedures, background checks, orientation programs, document gathering, probationary assessments, and departure offboarding clearance procedures. Prepare monthly payroll input data, arrange statutory benefits, maintain employee attendance, leave, and master database entries, and send formal HR correspondence. Promote a healthy, inclusive workplace culture; swiftly handle workplace grievances; mediate small interpersonal conflicts; and function as a reliable point of contact for employee enquiries. Assist with internal or external HR audits, maintain clean digital HRIS records, and make sure that local labour laws, employment rules, and corporate policies are strictly followed.
