  Responsibilities:

  Shift Target & Personnel Supervision: Oversee floor operations during your designated shift, guiding loaders, material handlers, and line operators to safely meet daily and hourly volume targets.

  Dynamic Manpower Allocation: Control shift attendance, cross-train operators at different stations to balance the assembly line according to skill matrices, and compensate for unscheduled absences.

  First-Line Breakdown & Process Troubleshooting: Determine any urgent material or mechanical problems on the line, contact maintenance technicians or quality engineers, and arrange quick repairs to cut down on idle time.

  Workplace Safety & 5S Compliance: To remove floor dangers, strictly enforce adherence to personal protective equipment regulations, lock-out/tag-out safety measures, and daily 5S housekeeping requirements.

  Enforcing Standard Operating Procedures: Keep an eye on operator routines to make sure standard operating procedures and visual work instructions are correctly followed, preserving consistent product quality throughout shifts.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Frontline Leadership & Conflict Management: Demonstrated ability to manage interpersonal issues, lead diverse teams of shop floor employees, and keep morale high under pressure to meet deadlines.

  Production Workflows & Line Balancing: Useful understanding of material handling routes, cell structures, and fundamental line balancing to quickly modify production rates.

  Shop-Floor Safety & Compliance Monitoring: Extensive knowledge of standard 5S workplace management, incident reporting procedures, and industrial safety regulations.

  Quick Process Problem Solving: Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills to identify production delays and manage technical assistance under time constraints.

   

  Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
