  Your Duties:

  Create, update, and maintain the plant's QMS in accordance with ISO/IATF guidelines.

  During NPI cycles, oversee submissions for the Production Part Approval Process and Advanced Product Quality Planning.

  In order to identify possible risks and mitigating controls, oversee DFMEA and PFMEA workshops.

  As the management representative for customer quality audits and certification body surveillance reviews, oversee both internal and external quality audit programs.

  Oversee client quality assurance interfaces, examine customer specifications, respond to official quality complaints, and lead 8D Root Cause Analysis investigations.

  Organise calibration schedules for all gauges and CMM equipment, oversee the Metrology lab, and guarantee measurement system analysis.

  Reduce process variance and monitor critical-to-quality production dimensions by implementing SPC frameworks.

  Encourage zero-defect quality campaigns, Lean Six Sigma projects, 5S workplace structure, and continuous improvement activities throughout all manufacturing lines.
