  Responsibilities:

  Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Ensure that industrial machinery complies with engineering requirements and factory acceptance criteria by carrying out the full on-site setup, levelling, wiring verification, calibration, and initial trial runs.

  Breakdown Repair & Field Troubleshooting: Respond quickly to emergency service calls; use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC/automation problems in order to restore machine operation.

  Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Audits: To avoid unforeseen equipment failures and increase machine longevity, plan and execute regular preventive maintenance schedules, health audits, and condition monitoring.

  Spare Parts & Warranty Management: Determine the necessary spare parts, keep track of service kit inventories, submit requests for spare parts, and handle precise warranty replacement paperwork after field repairs.

  Customer Training & Technical Support: Give client engineers and machine operators practical operating and fundamental maintenance training, as well as remote technical support as needed.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Strong expertise in diagnosing mechanical drives, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical control panels, sensors, drives, and PLC control systems is required for electro-mechanical and systems troubleshooting.

  Precision Tools & Schematic Literacy: proficient with multimeters, dial indicators, pressure gauges, and laser alignment equipment; adept in reading electrical schematics, hydraulic flow charts, engineering blueprints, and circuit diagrams.

  Field Safety & Process Compliance: Strong adherence to industrial safety procedures, such as lockout/tagout, danger identification, PPE use, and shop floor regulations for clients.

  Client Relationship & Communication: Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication abilities to professionally and clearly manage anxious client employees during equipment malfunctions.
