  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  strong technical expertise with 2D/3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and CAM programming software (Mastercam, Edgecam, SolidCAM, or Fusion 360).

  profound knowledge of G-code/M-code debugging and CNC machine controller operations (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak, or Mitsubishi controllers).

  strong knowledge of stack-up analysis, precision measurement tools (micrometres, height gauges, bore gauges), and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.

  thorough understanding of material machinability index, feeds/speeds calculations, cutting tool shape, and tool wear patterns.

  Excellent shop-floor troubleshooting, mechanical problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
