  Your Duties:

  Full-Lifecycle Talent Acquisition & Requisition Management: Oversee the entire hiring process for entry-level, mid-senior, and specialised technical positions; oversee the coordination of interviews, application evaluations, initial phone screenings, and active job advertising.

  Using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, employee recommendations, direct headhunting, and sophisticated Boolean search strings, create strong candidate pipelines for both active and passive talent sourcing.

  Competency-Based Interviewing & Candidate Screening: Use structured behavioural and competency-based interview models to assess candidates' technical capabilities, professional experience, cultural fit, wage expectations, and notice durations.

  Hiring Manager Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with hiring managers to specify job needs, set up interview panels, write job descriptions, adjust candidate profiles, and offer data-driven recruitment guidance.

  Salary negotiation, offer management, onboarding, and handover: Work with HRBPs to create competitive compensation packages, implement compelling offer rollouts, handle salary counteroffers from candidates, guarantee high acceptance rates, and transfer new hires to onboarding teams.
