  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Focus Skills:

  VMC Panel Navigation & Editing: Complete operational confidence in browsing controller sub-menus, securely jogging X/Y/Z axes, loading execution files, removing error prompts, and modifying tool length compensation lines.

  Milling Metrology & Instrument Literacy: Outstanding ability to confirm milling tolerances down to a hundredth of a millimetre utilising portable measuring devices (micrometres, height masters, bore gauges).

  The ability to correctly interpret complex engineering drawings, orthographic views, cross-sections, and fundamental Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) remarks is known as blueprint reading and mechanical drawing comprehension.

  Milling Tooling Dynamics & Logic: A practical grasp of drilling mechanics, pocketing, slotting, and face milling, as well as the ability to identify cutting wear patterns in a variety of metal alloy temperatures.
