  To comprehend the needs of the caller, identify the underlying issues, and offer suitable solutions or escalate when required, employ good questioning and active listening.

  Clearly and succinctly record all phone conversations, customer information, conversation notes, and case outcomes in the CRM or ticketing system.

  Keep track of important performance indicators, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, average handling time, and first call resolution.

  To guarantee timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding client cases, collaborate with technical teams, field services, or internal backend support.

  Throughout all phone conversations, adhere to confidentiality procedures, data privacy requirements, and communication rules.
