  Role & responsibilities:

  Operate production machines and equipment as per approved work instructions and SOPs.
  Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure efficient production operations.
  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene requirements within the manufacturing area.
  Report machine breakdowns, deviations, and non-conformities to supervisors.
  Assist technicians and maintenance teams during machine repairs and changeovers.
  Follow established safety procedures and wear required PPE.

  
  Required Qualifications:

  Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical Etc.

  Work Experience:

  0-4 years of experience as a Machine Operator in Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industries.

  Required Skills:

  Understanding of machine operations and production processes.
  Ability to read and understand SOPs and production documents.
  Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  Ability to work in shifts timing (3 shift) and meet production targets.
  Ready to work at site (Matoda, Ahmedabad).
