  Responsibilities:

  Supervise, schedule, and deploy E&I technicians, electricians, and instrument mechanics across operational shifts to support shop-floor production targets.

  Direct preventive (PM), predictive (PdM), and corrective maintenance on high-voltage/low-voltage distribution boards, PCC/MCC panels, VFDs, transformers, field transmitters, control valves, and PLC I/O systems.

  Lead rapid shift-level troubleshooting for critical electrical or instrumentation outages, coordinating with production supervisors to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

  Oversee calibration schedules for all plant field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level), control valves, and testing tools to maintain ISO quality standards and process precision.

  Audit completed E&I work orders, calibration logs, shift handovers, and instrument inspection records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS / SAP PM).

  Manage department spare parts inventory for electrical switchgears, relays, sensors, actuators, cables, and transmitters to maintain minimal repair lead times.

  Enforce strict shop-floor Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) rules, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, Hazardous Area Classification standards (ATEX/Ex), and arc-flash safety protocols.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Strong leadership, shift management, and technical decision-making skills to supervise dual-domain electrical and instrumentation teams.

  Deep knowledge of 3-phase power distribution networks, motor control centers (MCC), variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLC/SCADA interfaces, and industrial field instrumentation.

  Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic drawings, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and loop sheets.

  Hands-on proficiency with HART communicators, loop calibrators, multimeters, Megger testers, and diagnostic software.

  Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, statutory electrical regulations, and CMMS/SAP PM work order workflows.
