  We are hiring Payment Posting Executives to join our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team. You’ll be responsible for accurately posting insurance payments from EOBs (Explanation of Advantages) into the billing system.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Post insurance and patient payments into the billing software.
  
  Review EOBs and reconcile accounts.
  
  Ensure accuracy in payment entries and resolve discrepancies.
  
  Coordinate with the AR team for clarification on underpayments or denials.
  
  Skills Required:
  
  Good analytical and typing skills
  
  Basic knowledge of US healthcare billing (preferred)
  
  Attention to detail and accuracy
  
  Willingness to work night shift
