  Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

  Salary: Based on interview Performance

   

  Focus Skills:

  Deep technical expertise in injection mould construction, hot runner systems, side-core actions, unscrewing mechanisms, and mould cooling layouts.

  Advanced hands-on skills in operating manual toolroom machines (Grinding, Milling, Lathe, EDM wire/sinker) and using precision measuring instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, Toolmaker Microscope).

  Ability to interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings, GD&T callouts, mould layout blueprints, and tool steel specifications.

  Proficiency in hand benchwork, mirror-polishing, parting-line matching, and micro-welding/laser welding defect repair.

  Knowledge of plastic injection moulding defects (flash, short shot, sink marks, warping) and their direct tooling root causes.
