• Installation Line Control of Quality QC Engineer

  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Mastery of Precision Metrology and Reading Engineering Drawings: Outstanding aptitude for deciphering intricate GD&T (ASME Y14.5) symbols, balloon drawings, production plans, and precision inspection tools (CMM, vernier callipers, micrometres, dial indicators).

  Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving Methodologies: Expertise in 5-Why analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), Pareto analysis, and 8D problem-solving to identify systemic manufacturing flaws.

  Concepts of Quality Assurance and Statistical Process Control (SPC): Practical experience with SPC, Cpk/Ppk process capacity studies, control charts, Acceptance Sampling, and MSA/Gage R&R studies.

  Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Industry Standards: Comprehensive understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submission levels; IATF,  AS and ISO.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
