  Your Duties:

  Electrical System Design & Engineering: Conduct load estimates, short-circuit analysis, and voltage drop studies for plant improvements and new installations; review and update single line diagrams, electrical schematics, wire layouts, and cable schedules.

  Power Distribution & Equipment Maintenance: Manage circuit breakers, diesel generators, transformers, switchgear, MCC/PCC panels, UPS systems, and high/low voltage power distribution equipment.

  Industrial Automation & Control Systems: To sustain continuous automated operations, troubleshoot and configure SCADA systems, variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, sensors, relays, and instrumentation.

  Implement lockout/tagout processes, arc flash safety protocols, statutory electrical inspectorate compliance, earthing/grounding inspections, and lightning protection system verifications to ensure electrical safety and regulatory compliance.

  Energy Management & Cost Optimisation: Track energy usage, power quality, maximum demand, and electrical power factor; find and execute energy-saving measures throughout all facilities.
