  Job Description:

  Our manufacturing division's "Frontline Operations Commander" and "Shift Target Execution Custodian" are the Production Supervisor (Manufacturing Floor Operations & Shift Personnel Lead). Your main responsibility is to personally oversee, inspire, and optimize assembly workflows and active shift workers on the factory floor—converting daily production schedules, engineering routing specifications, and labor resources into a manufacturing output that is safe, effective, and timely. As the "Guardian of Workplace Discipline and Shift Output," you assume direct leadership responsibility for cross-functional shift handover tracking, operator skill mapping, urgent process troubleshooting, line balance adjustments, and shift attendance.

   

  Key Duties

  Shift Target & Personnel Supervision: During your designated shift, oversee floor operations and guide loaders, material handlers, and line operators to safely meet daily and hourly volume targets.

  Manage shift attendance, cross-train operators at different stations to balance the assembly line according to skill matrices, and cover for unscheduled absences using dynamic manpower allocation.

  First-Line Breakdown & Process Troubleshooting: Determine any urgent problems with the line's machinery or materials, contact maintenance technicians or quality engineers, and arrange quick solutions to cut down on idle time.

  Workplace Safety & 5S Compliance: To remove floor dangers, strictly enforce adherence to lock-out/tag-out safety systems, personal protective equipment regulations, and daily 5S housekeeping standards.

  Enforcing Standard Operating Procedures: Keep an eye on operator routines to make that standard operating procedures and visual work instructions are correctly followed, ensuring consistent product quality throughout shifts.
