• Lead Asset Integrity Maintenance Supervisor

  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Shop-Floor Maintenance Supervision & Technical Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to oversee, educate, and mentor multidisciplinary groups of utility, electrical, and mechanical maintenance professionals in high-volume plant settings.

  Capabilities for Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical Troubleshooting: Practical supervisory expertise in identifying mechanical malfunctions (bearings, gearboxes, pumps), hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, low-voltage electrical systems, and motor controllers.

  Work Order Management & CMMS System Operations: Excellent expertise with CMMS software, administering digital or physical work order systems, recording breakdown information, and performing PM audits.

  Industrial Safety requirements & Permit Control Discipline: Comprehensive operational understanding of high-risk task management, job safety analysis (JSA), lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, permit-to-work (PTW) issuance, and plant EHS requirements.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
