  Focus Skills:

  Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone articulation in relevant regional languages and English.

  Customer-centric approach with persuasive sales ability and objection-handling skills.

  Basic understanding of banking products, interest rates, loans, credit cards, and KYC/documentation workflows.

  Proficiency in basic CRM tools, computer operations, and MS Office (Excel/Word).

  Target-oriented mindset, patience, and resilience under high daily call volume expectations.
