  Who you are: 

  Oversee the entire hiring process for entry-level, mid-senior, and specialised technical positions; oversee current job advertisements, applicant evaluations, preliminary phone interviews, and interview scheduling. Develop strong applicant pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job sites, professional networks, employee recommendations, direct headhunting, and sophisticated Boolean search strings for both active and passive talent sourcing. Use structured behavioural and competency-based interview models to assess candidates' technical capabilities, professional experience, cultural fit, wage expectations, and notice durations. Work closely with recruiting managers to develop job descriptions, set up interview panels, define job requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and offer data-driven recruitment guidance. Work with HRBPs to create competitive compensation packages, implement compelling offer rollouts, handle salary counteroffers from candidates, guarantee high acceptance rates, and move new hires to onboarding teams.
