  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Advanced VMC Machine Setup & Changeover Execution: Follow engineering draw files and blueprint guidelines when doing complete mechanical and systemic changeovers on 3-axis, 4-axis, and multi-axis Vertical Machining Centers.

  Workholding & Fixture Engineering Alignment: Use dial indications to ensure zero runout when installing, aligning, and clocking complicated milling fixtures, such as hydraulic vices, bespoke chuck jaws, modular plate arrays, and rotary 4th/5th axis tables.

  Milling Tooling Assembly & Geometry Configuration: Use digital pre-setters or touch probes to specify precision tool length and radius offsets while choosing, assembling, and loading the necessary cutting tool strings.

  Program Loading & Syntax Validation: Obtain accurate milling programs from central networks, send them to machine controllers, and check code syntax for correct initialisations of M-code and G-code.

  Dry Runs & Prove-Out Management: Take charge of the crucial first-run validation trail by carrying out air-cuts, single-block steps, and dry runs with axis graphics to visually confirm toolpaths and totally remove machine crash hazards.

  First-Off Part Production & Quality Handoff: Before delivering the machine setup to shift operators, machine the first "first-off" component, obtain formal Quality Assurance approval, and retrieve raw dimensions using precision metrology equipment.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Education: 10th, 12th or Above
