    Job Description

Our manufacturing company's "Off-Site Asset Reliability Anchor" and "Technical Brand Ambassador" is the service engineer. Your main responsibility is to deploy, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot these highly engineered capital assets directly at our customers' facilities, converting complex, recently delivered industrial systems into smoothly functioning, highly efficient production infrastructure while factory floor teams assemble our industrial machinery. Responsibilities:

Machinery Installation & On-Site Commissioning: Oversee the initial commissioning, electrical integration, and mechanical erection of our manufactured industrial equipment at customer factories, making sure that performance meets contract requirements.

Emergency Field Breakdown Diagnostics: Under pressure to meet production deadlines, react quickly to major client machinery breakdowns by studying intricate electromechanical symptoms to methodically identify, fix, and resolve issues.

Preventative and Annual Maintenance Contracts: Plan and carry out regular preventative maintenance visits, performing wear-and-tear assessments, sensor calibrations, and systematic equipment health checks to extend equipment lifespans.

PLC Automation & Control Circuit Troubleshooting: To troubleshoot, backup, or adjust automation parameters, connect to on-site machine controllers, diagnostic interfaces, and variable frequency drives.

Customer Technical Training & Handover Operations: Create established field handover protocols and conduct thorough, practical operational and maintenance training sessions for client technicians and machine operators.

    Skills:

Electromechanical and Industrial Systems Mastery: In-depth technical knowledge of industrial machinery components, such as large hydraulic valves, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatic actuators, and rotary assemblies.

Automation Software & Circuit Diagram Literacy: Expertise in reading hydraulic loop designs, multi-layered electrical wiring schematics, and PLC ladder logic code online to identify control network issues.

On-Site Measuring & Tooling Proficiency: Skillful use of precision measurement and diagnostic equipment, such as pressure transducers, alignment gauges, multi-meters, clamp-meters, and vibration checks.

Customer Relationship & Crisis Management: Outstanding communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage tense client contacts with composure, clearly explain technical subjects, and successfully address concerns.
