  Responsibilities:

  Line Assembly & Operations: Execute repetitive manual, semi-automated, or automated assembly operations using hand tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and press equipment following strict SOPs.

  Machine Feeding & Work-in-Progress (WIP): Load raw materials into production machines, unload finished components, and transfer WIP materials safely across workstations.

  In-Process Quality Inspection: Perform visual inspection and basic dimensional checks (using go/no-go gauges, calipers, and visual standards) to catch surface defects, burrs, or assembly errors early.

  Shop-Floor Safety & 5S: Maintain clean, organized workstations adhering to 5S principles; follow environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

  Production Data Logging: Record daily output counts, hourly target variances, rejection quantities, and line downtime causes on shop-floor tracking logsheets and spreadsheets

   

  Required Skills: 

  Education: ITI, high school, trade certificate, diploma, or comparable occupational training.

  Technical proficiency includes understanding SOPs, operating hand and pneumatic tools, using basic metrology tools, using 5S concepts, identifying visual defects, and entering daily production log sheets.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
