  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Salary: Based on interview Performance

   

  Focus Skills:

  Practical knowledge of analog/digital electronics, component identification (resistors, capacitors, transistors, ICs, microcontrollers), and circuit principles.

  Strong soldering skills for both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT), including fine-pitch component rework.

  Hands-on proficiency with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, DC power supplies).

  Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, PCB layout drawings, and assembly bill of materials (BOM).

  Solid troubleshooting mindset, high dexterity, and careful attention to detail
