  Who you are: 

  Manage, oversee, and motivate several production lines or shop floor cells to meet cycle timeframes, quality standards, and hourly and end-of-shift output figures. Oversee shift labour placement, modify workstation locations in response to unexpected operator absences, maintain skill matrices, and uphold standard work instructions. Serve as the initial point of contact for line problems, sending out plant maintenance engineers right away when a machine stops working and organising fast fixes to optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Keep an eye on hourly inline quality checks, work with Quality Engineers to fix dimensional or cosmetic flaws, stop lines when thresholds are exceeded, and separate non-conforming lots.
