  Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation 

  Location: In And Around Chennai

   

  Your Duties:

  Read, interpret, and work according to 2D mechanical engineering drawings, process route sheets, and assembly blueprints.

  Mark, cut, file, drill, ream, tap, grind, and fit metal components using bench hand tools and power equipment.

  Assemble, align, and adjust mechanical machinery, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, couplings, valves, and pneumatic/hydraulic lines.

  Perform routine preventive maintenance, overhauling, component replacement, and emergency troubleshooting on production machinery.

  Measure and inspect workpieces, assemblies, and geometric alignment using precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, feeler gauges, dial indicators).

  Carry out basic bench welding, soldering, brazing, and pipe-fitting operations where required during equipment setup or repair.

  Maintain strict adherence to shop-floor safety guidelines, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, and 5S workplace organization principles
